What if my recipient doesn't receive their gift card?

Please contact us if this happens. The email could be lost in your recipient's junk mail folder or perhaps there was another issue. If you need an e-gift card to be resent, we can resend the electronic gift card to the email address listed in the original order. Prior to calling us, please check the following:

  1. Confirm the email address you used as recipient email address is correct.
  2. Confirm that the electronic gift card is not in the recipient's spam/junk folder.

Please call Tango Card Customer Support at 1-877-55-TANGO or email us at cs@tangocard.com. We will resend the electronic gift card to your recipient.
