What do I do if I never received a receipt for my order?

Two things to check:

  1. Confirm the email address you used is correct.
  2. Confirm that the electronic gift card was not accidentally filtered to a spam/junk folder.

If the email address you used is correct and the receipt is not in your spam/junk folder, please call Tango Card Customer Care at 1-877-55-TANGO so we can investigate further.
