How do I redeem a Tango Card for a retail gift card?

It's easy! Just follow the steps below:

  1. From our Home Page, click "Manage/Redeem your Tango Card".  Then enter your Tango Card number and pin where it says "Enter Your Tango Card Here". You don't need to have a Tango Card account to redeem your card. If you do, great! Log into your account at the top of the page. If you want a free Tango Card account, click on "Create an Account". 
  2. Click on the "get top retail gift cards" link on the next page.
  3. Choose your preferred retail option. Once you do, a form will appear on the right-side of the screen. Enter your information and click "spend it". If you are redeeming your Tango Card on a mobile device, this form is at the bottom of the list of available cards (after you select the card).
  4. On the next screen, enter your information (or whomever will be receiving the giftcard) such as name and e-mail address, and then click "add to card" 
  5. Review your order and make sure all information is correct, then check the box acknowledging that your gift is non returnable, then click "Checkout"
  6. You should now see a message that says "Your Reward Is On It's Way!"  Congratulations, you have successfully redeemed your Tango Card for a Retail Gift Card! 


You will receive an email confirming your order. You, or your intended recipient, will receive the retail gift card via a separate e-mail within one (1) business day. If there are any additional steps to access the retail gift card (due to security precautions), instructions will be in the e-mail.
